Return & Exchange Policy

• We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed product with original packing within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items at +92 316 7070172
• Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 working days after receiving the return products.
• All returns should be sent to the address mentioned on cash on delivery receipt.
  
• The following information will be needed :

2. Image/Video of the defective product
